Our deepest fear begins with us worrying about the what is, what if this happens or that, what if wr get more bad news, what if and the questions come like a flood gate until our minds get bombarded with the kind of garbage that leaves us feeling crippled and in the dark
What if we were to turn those negative what is into instead what if this works out, what if we are able to do this or that, what if we tried to change the self talk and instead of dark and gloom, we speak light and life?
I’m all for changing it up actually as it is in those moments that we are made to see what truly lies within us and what what is within is far greater than the doubts that cloud our movements
Don’t get me wrong after years of thinking, acting and speaking a certain way, it becomes challenging unlearn and relearn, but is it possible? Absolutely, so let’s get started with changes shall we, after all our lives literally depend on it
